What do I do If my coupon code doesn’t work?

After entering the coupon code in the space provided when you view your basket or cart please make sure to press the apply coupon code button before proceeding with your checkout.

How will I receive my purchased product?

Once you complete your payment via PayPal, you will be directed to an “Order Received” page where you can download the manual.  In addition, you will receive an order confirmation email that contains a link to download. Yes, we offer discounts for groups under 10 people and for one on one workshops for the purpose of performance management.

Through a supportive and confidential coaching process you can learn how to be collaborative and create a respectful and productive workplace. Conflict coaching is a one on one process designed to help you engage in, manage, or productively resolve conflict with competence and confidence.

Can the workshops be tailored to meet our specific needs?

All workshops can be adjusted to accommodate the size of the group, the type of conflict situations encountered at work, the intervention goals and the target audience. All workshops can also be conducted in a one-on-one setting, which can be particularly helpful for performance management goals. We understand that each workplace is looking for best fit solutions to change their conflict culture and improve their conflict outcomes. Therefore the Conflict Resources workshops can be tailored to address your specific needs and circumstances.

What does Standard Price mean?

The prices quoted are the standard price for Conflict Management Services. All standard prices are subject to change depending in the specific needs and requirements of the contracting organisation. For instance discounts may apply for small groups or one on one workshops as well as multiple service bookings. Additional fees may also apply for workshop tailoring, post session support options or reporting needs. A quote will be provided before commencement of services.

In house training means we come to your organisation or an appropriate training space designated by you.
